Terms of Service

The terms governing your use of ARAZAS products and services.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by ARAZAS ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ARAZAS. Please read these Terms carefully before using our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that:

  • You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
  • You are not prohibited from using our services under applicable law

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ARAZAS and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services without our prior written permission.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

7.1 Subscription Terms

Some features of our services may require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription.

7.2 Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You will be charged automatically at the beginning of each billing period.

7.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

7.4 Refunds

Refund policies are determined on a case-by-case basis and in accordance with applicable laws.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

  • The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Defects will be corrected
  • The service is free of viruses or other harmful components
  • The results obtained from the service will meet your requirements

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ARAZAS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
